About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-driven HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - HR. This role requires expertise in Payroll Management, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our work culture, ensuring smooth HR processes, and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compliance - Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness. - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain records. - Address and resolve employee payroll-related queries. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Lead the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partner with stakeholders to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines. - Drive campus recruitment programs to attract fresh talent. Training & Development - Conduct induction & orientation programs for new employees. - Organize training sessions (internal/external) and evaluate effectiveness. - Promote a learning-driven environment for continuous employee growth. Employee Engagement & HR Operations - Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale. - Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate employee data management. - Prepare HR dashboards and analytics for management decision-making. - Manage employee exits, full & final settlements, and related documentation.
