Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who brings strong expertise in formulating, implementing, and driving HR policies and strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will balance operational excellence with a strong focus on long-term people strategy, compliance, and organizational development. MBA from Tier 1/2 College +B.Tech Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer rollouts. - Manage onboarding process including documentation, orientation, and induction. Strategic HR & Policy Formulation: - Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with organizational goals. - Benchmark best practices in HR policies and update internal systems accordingly. - Design and roll out frameworks for performance management, career development, and succession planning. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Drive employee engagement strategies focused on retention, satisfaction, and productivity. - Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. - Lead employee satisfaction surveys and design action plans based on feedback. Organizational Development: - Support strategic workforce planning and organizational structuring initiatives. - Partner with leadership on change management initiatives. - Identify competency gaps and collaborate on targeted learning & development plans. - HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure consistent implementation of policies across departments and locations. - Monitor compliance with labor laws, POSH, EHS policies, and internal controls. - Drive HR audits and ensure statutory readiness across units. Performance & Talent Management: - Design, implement, and refine the performance appraisal system. - Support leadership in identifying and nurturing high-potential talent. - Collaborate on strategic talent acquisition for critical roles. Key Requirements: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute. - 4-8 years of experience in HR, with demonstrated experience in policy formulation and strategic HR. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR analytics, and HRIS platforms. - Proven ability to conceptualize and implement people policies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial setup preferred.
