Job Summary:
- The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization.
- This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing talent acquisition and development, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on HR-related issues and driving initiatives to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Partner with senior management to identify and address organizational needs and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs.
- Manage employee performance management systems, including appraisals and development plans.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution.
- Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Manage workplace health and safety programs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee
performance.
- Promote professional development opportunities and career growth for employees.
HR Administration:
- Oversee HR information systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and manage HR budgets and reports, including metrics and analytics on HR activities.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate HR practices and support organizational goals.
Qualifications: MBA in Human Resource.
Experience: 7-9 years in Pan India recruitment.
