Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Identify internal requirements along with the stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, and conducting initial screening interviews.
- Schedule and manage interview round with senior leadership.
Employee Onboarding & Integration:
- Lead and streamline the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate initial training requirements.
Internal Support:
- Plan, execute, and monitor employee engagement centric trainings and enhancement activities.
- Gather and assess employee feedback to strengthen workplace culture and retention.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.
- Update employee information and maintain HR documentation systematically.
- Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits coordination.
Employee Support & Collaboration:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with management and functional leaders to effectively implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience (excluding internships).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR systems.
- High level of integrity with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
