Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
2. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and ensure data accuracy at all times.
3. Drive payroll inputs, leave and attendance management, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
4. Support in HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to company policies.
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition, and other organizational initiatives.
6. Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for HR metrics.
7. Handle employee queries and grievances with a solution-oriented approach.
8. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
9. Source, screen, and schedule interviews for relevant positions.
10. Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
2. Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing channels.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Qualification & Experience:
1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is a must.
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations with exposure to recruitment.
3. Experience in handling payroll coordination and statutory compliance preferred.
