Description:
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle:
- Handle end-to-end HR activities including onboarding, induction, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee grievances, welfare activities, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate employee records.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance registers and coordinate inspections as required.
Land Acquisition & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with the land acquisition department for input on new land proposals.
- Liaison with statutory authorities for land acquisition, rehabilitation, resettlement, mining rights, and other regulatory matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, Panchayats, PAFs and PAPs.
Government Liaison:
- Liaison with government officials at local and state levels for legal, statutory, and operational clearances related to project activities.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions at the project site to ensure smooth operations.
- Support senior management in resolving employee issues and local matters.
CSR Coordination:
- Coordinate with the CSR agency for mobilization, counselling, and execution of developmental activities for beneficiaries.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit HR and operational MIS reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation related to HR, statutory, CSR, and land acquisition activities.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and liaison capabilities
- Good understanding of statutory regulations and compliance
- Ability to work at remote project sites and manage diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle field-level HR and administration independently
