
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HRBP (Sales & Marketing) to partner with Sales and Marketing leadership and drive key HR initiatives across regional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong HR Business Partnering experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry, with the ability to work closely with business leaders and support a geographically distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to understand business priorities and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Drive manpower planning, workforce planning, and talent requirements across regional Sales and Marketing teams.
Support and drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives across regions.
Partner with business leaders on talent management, succession planning, and career development.
Provide effective employee relations and business HR support to Sales and Marketing teams.
Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters.
Identify organizational and people-related challenges and recommend effective HR interventions.
Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Work closely with HR CoEs and other HR teams to ensure effective implementation of HR programs.
Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to support business decision-making.
Build strong relationships with employees and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
Travel across West, North, and East India as required to support business and HR initiatives.
Key Skills
812 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering / Business HR.
MBA in Human Resources / HR from a recognized institution.
Strong experience supporting Sales & Marketing functions.
Experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of manpower planning and workforce management.
Hands-on experience in performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of employee relations and HR processes.
Ability to partner effectively with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel across West, North & East India as required.
