Roles &Responsibilities:
- Assist in partnering with businesses on workforce planning and skills assessment.
- Support the integration of strategy, process, and people into the right structure with the right competencies and capabilities to realize the business plan and maximize performance.
- Understand and monitor the business requirements in order to ensure that People activities and programs are ultimately aligned with business needs.
- Work on data collection, which will help in the review and analysis of sales and business development vertical data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
- Act as a trusted business partner, be proactive, and think strategically as a People consultant.
- Be an employee advocate and work with People Business Partners to address employee issues.
- Assist with a special focus on process improvements and also be supportive of bringing in new People systems and platforms that make business sense.
- Extend the support in executing the surveys to become a great place to work organization.
- Executing employee engagement programs for the organization.
