Responsibilities

1. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with financial and operational goals

2. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes

3. Drive performance management, goal setting, and review cycles

4. Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and workforce planning

5. Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives

6. Support compensation discussions and annual increment cycles

7. Use HR analytics and MIS to provide insights for business decisions

Requirements

1. MBA from a reputed B-School (mandatory)

2. 3-5 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience

3. Experience in Financial Services / BFSI industry preferred

4. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

5. Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices

6. Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills
