Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager HR Business Partner, you will serve as the strategic bridge between organizational objectives and human capital. Based in Bangalore, you will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to translate business goals into actionable people strategies. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex employee relations, driving high-impact talent initiatives, and fostering a culture of performance and inclusion. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will directly influence organizational health, employee retention, and the overall scalability of our business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and implement strategic workforce planning that aligns with long-term organizational growth.

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for critical roles, ensuring the onboarding of high-caliber professionals who fit the company culture.

- Design and execute leadership development programs that nurture internal talent and prepare high-potential employees for future management responsibilities.

- Oversee comprehensive talent management cycles, including performance appraisals and succession planning, to drive a high-performance culture.

- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and legal compliance to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

- Facilitate training and development initiatives that address skill gaps and promote continuous professional growth across all levels of the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable HR insights.

- Proven expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit strategies.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and navigate sensitive conversations with senior management.

- Proficiency in designing and delivering training interventions that align with evolving business needs and leadership competencies.

- A solid educational background, preferably an MBA in Human Resources from a premier institute, providing a strong foundation in organizational behavior and labor laws.

- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to maintain strong professional relationships across both virtual and in-office settings.

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist and Business Partner roles, ideally within a high-growth corporate setting.
