Assistant Manager - Group Accounting - CA

Job Description:

Financial Closures & Reporting:

- Lead timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with internal timelines and controls.

Audit Management:

- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and local audits across all group entities.

Profit & Loss Management:

- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, ensuring accurate reporting of financial performance.

Subsidiary Management:

- Manage accounting and reporting for subsidiaries, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Compliance & Standards:

- Ensure full compliance with Ind AS and IFRS accounting standards and policies.

Process Improvement:

- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and support finance transformation and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in MNCs or multinational group structures are preferred.

- Experience handling foreign entities.

- Basic understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and documentation

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS

- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
