Job Title: Assistant Manager Project Sales (PLS/GIS - Professional Lighting)

Role Overview:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager Project Sales to drive Professional Lighting Solutions (PLS) along with Government & Institutional Sales (GIS). The role focuses on project acquisition, specification, and execution across commercial and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive project sales for Professional Lighting (indoor & outdoor lighting solutions)

- Manage GIS (Government & Institutional Sales) including tenders, approvals & vendor registrations

- Work closely with architects, lighting consultants, builders & contractors for specifications

- Promote and specify LED lighting, fa- ade lighting, landscape lighting & industrial lighting solutions

- Track and convert commercial, hospitality, infrastructure & government projects

- Ensure alignment with dealers/distributors for order execution

- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections

- Conduct site visits, demos, and technical discussions

Key Requirements:

- Experience in lighting / electrical / building material project sales

- Strong connect with architects, consultants & government departments

- Knowledge of professional lighting solutions & project cycles

- Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills

- Experience in handling tenders & large projects
