Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager for Global Audit Delivery plays a pivotal role in driving high-quality audit engagements for our international clientele. In this capacity, you will lead audit execution, manage complex financial reporting requirements, and ensure seamless coordination between global engagement teams and local delivery centers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain rigorous compliance standards, providing the technical oversight necessary to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful audit outcomes that directly influence client trust and business integrity. This role offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in India, allowing you to balance high-impact professional responsibilities with a modern, distributed work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end statutory audit procedures to ensure financial statements comply with international accounting standards and local regulatory frameworks.

- Lead and mentor engagement teams by providing technical guidance on complex audit areas to improve the overall quality and efficiency of deliverables.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to manage audit timelines, address technical queries, and resolve reporting discrepancies effectively.

- Perform detailed risk assessments and internal control evaluations to provide value-added insights that help clients mitigate operational and financial risks.

- Oversee the documentation process to ensure all audit work papers meet global quality standards and are prepared for regulatory review.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in Statutory Audit, with a strong command of IFRS, US GAAP, or equivalent international reporting standards.

- Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex financial data and identifying material misstatements.

- Communicate complex audit findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across diverse geographical regions.
