Assistant Manager - Fund Accounting/Private Equity

Experience range - 7+Years

With relevant fund accounting experience of 4 yrs.

Location - Mumbai & Bangalore

What Work You Will be Responsible For :

- Accountability for work product of the team

- Act as the Primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team.

- Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meets the quality standard

- Calculation, booking and reviewing of deal wise various fees like Management, Incentive/carry etc, as assigned.

- Preparation and review of Financial Statement and Investor Reports including capital calls, distribution schedules, notices etc.

Client/CRM Satisfaction (10%) :

- Effective engagement with assigned Clients/CRMs to build rapport and proactively manage expectations through various calls/scheduled meetings.

- Ensure continuous focus and improvement in service quality for all the assigned deliverables.

- Maintain required transparency and communication with Client/CRMs.

- Strive to attain 100% client reference and recommendation.

Basic Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate must have an MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent qualification

- 7 + years of work experience in Fund Accounting preferably with hands on experience in Private Equity Funds

- Hands of calculations & strong accounting knowledge
