Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing fund and portfolio accounting for SEBI registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Venture Capital Funds (VCFs), and Portfolio Management Schemes (PMS) investing in real estate.

- Ensuring timely preparation and various audits of fund financials and portfolio statements on half yearly and annual basis.

- Ensuring accurate calculation of management and set up fee, and IRR based performance fee.

- Ensuring accurate recovery of portfolio expenses.

- Managing bank operations for fund and PMS and ensuring excess balance is invested in liquid investments.

- Ensuring timely vendor payments for funds and PMS

- Ensuring TDS compliances for payment and returns.

- Ensuring SEBI compliances and monthly/quarterly reporting

- Customer services and investor query resolution with regards to PMS and AIFs

- Providing client login and collection MIS, drawdown MIS to management and fund status data to investment team

- Liaising with Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) regarding investor services and unit related calculations and MIS.

- Ensuring timely and accurate investor communication including estimated income expense communication for advance tax purpose, annual income tax return filing purpose, drawdown notices and distribution letters.

- Resolving accounts and tax related queries of investors and distributors.

- Liaising with tax consultants and auditors for preparation and filing of Form 64, and Form 64D under IT Act.

- Calculating and accounting for fund level and investor level exits and distribution amounts, and capital gain thereof.

- Ensuring timely account openings for new products with various entities and authorities like Income Tax, banks, custodian, KRAs, and CERSAI.

- Automations of current templates
