About the Role:
We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Guest Relation Executives (GREs) to be the face of our brand. You'll ensure guests receive a warm welcome, smooth service, and personalized attention throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners aligned with the brands vision and standards.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchisees, including documentation, due diligence, and initial engagement.
- Coordinate training programs for franchise partners and their teams to ensure service and brand consistency.
- Support staffing and store setup, ensuring timely and successful store launches.
- Monitor compliance with brand guidelines, operational excellence, and customer experience standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term expansion strategies and market penetration plans.
- Regularly travel across India for site visits, training, and partner support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in franchise development or business development in the retail or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
