Job Description:

- Works as part of a team responsible for providing financial statements for a wide variety of alternative investment funds, including but not limited to hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end registered products.

- Analyzes operational structure and yearly activities of funds with different investment strategies and products.

- Maintains financial reporting workbooks throughout the year ensuring that it meets U.S. Bank standards.

- Maintains the U.S. Bank automated financial reporting solutions using advanced Excel skills.

- Coordinates data sets used in annual audits and information flow with internal stakeholders.

- Oversees compliance and detail review of financial statements prepared by the associates with US GAAP, IFRS and other widely adopted accounting principles.

- Coordinates multiple U.S. Bank clients engagements concurrently.

- Prepares and reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports (e.g., Form PF, Form PQR, Annex IV (AIFMD), Form 13F, CIMA FAR and others).

- Provides peer reviews of financial reports.

- Participates in ad-hoc financial reporting projects as required.

Pre-requisite for the role:

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of experience in alternative investments industry with advanced knowledge of financial & regulatory reporting
