Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting

Your Key Tasks:

- Perform the monthly consolidation in SAP4HANA for Lipton in a very dynamic and international environment

- Perform in depth reviews of group reporting schedules (balance sheet and P&L)

- Perform monthly Cashflow reporting.

- Perform monthly Intercompany elimination.

- Financial accounting for holding entities.

- Prepare IFRS financial statements for Lipton Group together with colleagues from Financial Group Reporting team.

- Support external and internal audits.

- Preparation of accounting memos and schedules for external audits.

- Contribute to and drive continuous improvement, optimization and standardization of consolidation and financial accounting processes

- Work on ad-hoc analysis and projects.

Ideal candidate:

- CA/Master's degree with 4-8 years of experience in similar roles.

- Experience in financial accounting and consolidation activities for a multinational company.

- Familiar with IFRS and eager to expand knowledge in area of financial accounting

- Strong ownership, proactive and self-starter

- Strong analytical skills.

- Experience in big 4 accounting firms followed by experience multinational company is a plus

- Experience in the consumer goods industry will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills.

- High Stakeholder Management - Must have the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders inside and with authorities outside of the company.

- Must be a self-starter with proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities.
