Job Description:

- Regular review cadence for business units progress in revenue, cash flow management and other key financial and operational matrices

- Evaluating and spelling out observations from the lens of an external investor/ DD partner

- Ensuring key financial and operational data is input (by management SPOCs) in monthly review templates (prepared by us) before CEO meeting, with call out for support required and actionable.

- Highlighting decision point matrices and active advisement during business reviews

- Evaluation of Budget vs Actual vs To Go vs Likely {Monthly and Quarterly} to move towards predictable financial performance

- Setting up a monthly practice of variance analysis of key expense heads and identifying reasons for gross margin movement

- This will not include - accounting, performing internal controls or taking decisions on behalf of the management

Preferred candidate profile:

- CA with experience in handling FP&A role, financial reporting and external stakeholders
