Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Finance : (Designation: Assistant Manager)

- Candidate must have FP&A experience post qualification of CA

- Any candidate whose has completed his/her CA.

- Years of experience: 3 Years+ till 6 years

- Work Location: Bangalore or Pune - The candidate can visit any of these work location which is near to their location

- Work Module: Hybrid (1 week work from office in a quarter to any 1 of the above work locations)

- Shift timings - 03:00pm to 12:00 midnight and during peak time the shift may chance from 06:00pm to 03:00am

- Week off - Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Position Summary:

The responsibilities will include providing financial analysis and support to onshore teams for various FP&A activities such as Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, Management reporting, running MIS etc.

The responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the Onsite senior management. Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning

Primary responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made

- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.

- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.

- Partner directly with the finance team and onsite FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews

- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights

- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that might impact the entire organization

- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
