
Role Overview:
The role involves financial due diligence, valuations, financial modelling, strategic reviews and dispute-related financial analysis across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project workstreams, analyses, deliverables and timelines.
- Analyse financial statements, quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and cash flows.
- Identify financial, operational and commercial risks during transactions.
- Work on financial modelling, valuations, market assessments and investor/target screening.
- Undertake financial and construction-related quantum analysis.
- Prepare due-diligence reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
- Review analysts' work for accuracy, consistency and completeness.
- Present findings and support interactions with senior team members and clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified CA with Articleship from a Big Four firm is strongly preferred.
- Experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, corporate finance, audit or valuation.
- Strong financial modelling and financial-statement analysis capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage demanding timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
