
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Manager - Finance to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling accounting entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth month-end closures and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Generating sales invoices and handling petty cash
- Posting accounting entries in Tally related to payments, journals, and loan accounting
- Coordinating with internal departments and branch teams for timely month-end closures
- Assisting in month-end closing activities and preparing financial workings (Fixed Assets register, prepaid expense amortization, etc.)
- Maintaining bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations
- Supporting ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role
- Prior experience in an NBFC or CA firm will be an added advantage
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
- Adaptable and open to taking on new responsibilities in a growing organization
