A leading Solar EPC and IPP company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join the Finance team. Job Overview: The MIS Analyst will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining financial data and reports for the finance department. The analyst will work closely with the finance team to support financial planning and analysis activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Deliverables : - Create and maintain financial models and reports to support the finance team - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and reconciliations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting - Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting - Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed by management Experience/Skills : - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field( CA Mandatory) - At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
