About the Role:

As Assistant Manager - Finance, you will play a critical role in handling payroll processing, compliance, accounts payable, billing, treasury, taxation, and vendor management. You'll report directly to the AVP - Finance and work extensively on MS Excel and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compliance:

- End-to-end payroll processing, salary disbursement

- PF, ESI, Professional Tax filings

- TDS calculations, Form 24Q, 26Q filings

- Accounts Payable & Billing

- Process vendor/customer invoices

- Reconciliation and discrepancy resolution

- Monitor receivables and payables

- Vendor & Bank Management

- Maintain vendor master and ageing reports

- Coordinate payment schedules

- Daily bank reconciliations and fund forecasting

Taxation:

- File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, annual)

- Ensure TDS compliance across vendors

- Support audits and tax assessments

- Reporting & Systems

- Use Dynamics 365 for transaction postings

- Develop Excel-based MIS reports, pivots, macros

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7-10 years in Accounts Payable, Payroll,

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365

- Hands-on team management experience

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of statutory tax compliance (TDS, GST, etc.)
