Key Performance Indicators Driver:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
- This involves building and training an effective team, as well as incorporating business trends and customer feedback into employee training.
Responsibilities:
- MIS & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely management information systems reporting to inform business decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, as well as forecast sales and revenue growth.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage and process customer payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee vendor payments, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Direct Taxation (DT): Manage tax compliance, including income tax and other direct taxes.
- Indirect Taxation (IDT): Oversee indirect tax compliance, including VAT and other indirect taxes.
- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree or equivalent qualification required.
Professional Qualifications: CA qualified
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
