Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance department in managing financial operations and reporting.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

- Support the budgeting process, including monitoring and analyzing budget variances.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide support.

- Setup processes and controls.

- Help maintain and improve financial systems and processes.

- Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders as needed.

- Assist in audits and regulatory compliance efforts.

Technical expertise expected:

- Well versed with MS Excel, ERPs.

- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Good accounting knowledge.

- Eye to detect irregularities.

- Textile industry experience preferred.
