Assistant Manager - Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities:-

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Maintain and update financial models for decision-making

- Prepare accurate MIS reports (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) within 2 days of month-end

- Coordinate month-end close activities: accruals, reconciliations, journal entries

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for input gathering and planning

- Drive process improvements and automate reporting workflows

- Deliver timely ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (0-2 years PQE)

- Articleship from Big 4 in Audit/Risk Advisory (or GST with 2+ years FP\&A experience)

- Strong academics (Class X, XII); minimal CA attempts

- Proficient in MS Excel; familiar with Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally

- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail

- Self-driven, with strong ownership and ability to multitask under pressure
