Job Summary:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting functions.

- The role will involve working closely with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in the system (Tally/ERP/SAP/Oracle)

- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts

- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions

- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments

- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes

- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits

- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting

- Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules

- Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies

- Prepare data for tax computation and filing

- Monitor compliance timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

- Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS

- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets

- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
