Location: Tada, Andhra Pradesh

Job Overview:

We are seeking a CA-qualified finance professional with 24 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting strategic business decisions with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closings.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.

- Coordinate and assist with internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for business planning.

- Monitor and control cash flow, working capital, and cost management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial processes and controls.

- Liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants for financial and compliance matters.

- Assist management in strategic financial decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).

- Excellent understanding of taxation, audit, and compliance frameworks.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or service industries will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to process improvement, internal controls, or automation tools preferred.
