Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Description:

- SAP exposure is must

- Preparation of Daily MIS, Monthly MIS, Monthly Financial Statements and Reporting, as and when required by the management.

- Preparation of Financial Statements and supporting Annual Audit of India and Foreign Cos.

- Preparation of Tax Audit / ITR of India and Foreign Cos. and ensuring relevant tax filings.

- Supporting and ensuring Transfer Pricing Compliance of India and Foreign Cos.

- Supporting and ensuring all the compliances in respective jurisdiction are completed.

- Handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, etc.

- Performance of Month end close transactions, Reconciliations of FI and CO reports after the month end close

- Preparation of Annual Budgets (incl. Capital Budgeting), etc.

- Well versed in English and Communication skills for dealing with cross functional teams and consultants at different International Locations

- Familiar with Regulatory Reporting, Accounting Operations and Tax Accounting

- Preparation of financial statement - Standalone Financials and Consolidated Financials as per Ind AS /IGAAP / IFRS / US GAAP

- Liasoning with Consultants, Regulators and Merchant Bankers

- Preparation of Historical Restated Financial Statements for Filings with regulatory bodies

- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws

- Excellent communication and drafting skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- High level of professionalism and integrity

- SAP and Microsoft Office
