About the Client

Presently we are working with a renowned Multinational Company in service Industry, and now urgently looking for a AM Manager Finance & Account.

Position: AM Manager Finance & Account.

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with any large Manufacturing Company

Location: Kolkata

Job Descriptions:-

- Overall responsibility for Managing the Group Accounts, Audit, MIS, Budget, Costing, Commercial & Insurance matters, Cash flow, fund flow, banking.

- Efficient and effective management of Accounts department.

- Liaison with internal / external auditors / banks / clients / consultants.

- Managing to maintain MIS to support business decisions.

- Strengthening internal controls, systems and procedures.

- Deal with consortium of bankers arranges the funds as and when required.

- Deal with rating agencies and maintain relationship with them.

- Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of monthly financial and corporate reporting & Inventory Valuation.

- Play an active role in providing meaningful Cost information for Profit planning decision-making.

- Providing the data for the monthly forecast to ensure that proper calculations are in place for accurate forecasting of the Income statement and Balance Sheet.

- Assists in the preparation of the Organizational Strategic Plan, and Profit Plan.

- Forecasts and analysis and explanation of variances and commentary thereof.

- Liaison with Banks, ROC, RBI, and other Government Authorities.
