Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - IT

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our growing team. As an Assistant Manager in the Finance & Accounts department, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing support for financial planning and reporting. This is a remote position with US shift timings, providing flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Support the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.

- Provide analysis of financial performance and highlight areas for improvement to management.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:

- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts.

General Ledger Maintenance:

- Assist in maintaining the general ledger, ensuring that all entries are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

- Review and reconcile journal entries and accounting records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).

- 4-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an IT company or similar industry.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
