JOB SUMMARY:

- Managing day-to-day banking operations, trade finance activities, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- This role involves handling instruments such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and remittances, while ensuring timely submission of data to banks and clearance of transactions on RBI portal

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Lead and manage statutory audit, internal audit, tax audits, and related financial processes. monthly Stock Audit.

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.

- Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Stock Statement, Quarterly Financials Data Submission, Half Yearly Due Diligence Report, Ensure Sufficient Stock Insurance, Renewal of Working Capital

- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, TDS, GST filings).

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Analyse financial data to drive business insights and decision-making.

- Implement and improve internal controls, systems, and processes.

- Banking Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare and submit data required by banks on time.

- Handle processes related to Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, LC discounting.

- Manage inward and outward remittances.

- Ensure clearance of transactions on EDPMS and IDPMS portals of RBI.

- Legal & Property Coordination

- Coordinate with bank-appointed lawyers for Title Search Reports.

- Liaise with valuers for valuation of mortgaged properties.

- Maintain knowledge of property-related documents including registered Mortgage, Notice of Intimation, Stamp Duty.

- Daily Banking Operations

- Work closely with bankers for smooth day-to-day operations.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transaction.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant/ MBA

- 3 - 5 years FP&A, MIS, cost & Management Accounting in Manufacturing Industry.
