Job Title: Assistant Manager Factory HR

Location: Kapurthala, Punjab (Relocation required)

Role Overview

We are seeking a female candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Factory HR. This role is a blend of recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities, with a strong focus on factory operations HR. The ideal candidate should bring energy, adaptability, and proven factory HR exposure.

Factory experience must.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory roles and ensure timely manpower fulfillment.

- Act as the HR business partner for factory operations, supporting employee relations and engagement.

- Handle HR generalist responsibilities including onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy implementation.

- Drive employee welfare, grievance handling, and performance management at the plant.

- Coordinate with leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning for the factory.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements applicable to manufacturing units.

- Support factory training initiatives and development programs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Must be from XISS, XIMB, Delhi School of Economics, or Delhi University (mandatory).

- Experience: 12 years of HR experience, with mandatory exposure in a factory setup.

- Gender: Female candidates only.

Skills Required:

- Strong recruitment and HR generalist knowledge.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage stakeholders in a factory environment.

- Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and factory HR policies.
