Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Manager (AM) for Equity Research, responsible for initiating, executing, and delivering high-quality investment research to our global clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical thinking and operational execution.

This role requires a professional with superior knowledge of financial concepts, excellent financial modeling skills, and the ability to lucidly present investment arguments through strong written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investment Research: Lead the end-to-end process of investment research, from initiation to final delivery.

This includes conducting in-depth financial analysis and formulating a clear understanding of business drivers such as revenue and cost.

- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop and maintain detailed financial models.

You will apply a superior understanding of valuation methodologies and stock analysis to support your investment theses.

- Reporting & Communication: Write a variety of research reports, including short company updates, results summaries, and comprehensive sector reports.

You will use high-level communication skills to express complex views clearly and succinctly to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Project & Team Management: Structure and guide research and consulting assignments, managing projects internally to ensure timely delivery.

You will also oversee and mentor a team of 2 to 3 people, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a research or investment role, with a strong background in financial modeling and valuation.

- A superior understanding of key concepts in finance, accounting, and stock analysis.

- Experience in writing various types of research reports and laying out investment arguments clearly.

- High-level communication skills, with the ability to express views succinctly to diverse audiences.

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously or leading a small team
