We assist our Clients (Consulting Firms, Corporates & Academic Institutions) in their primary research work by identifying and empaneling senior industry Experts who can provide the required research insights to our Clients, or work with them on short projects.   - The company is founded by IIM Alumni with significant industry experience in Consulting, BFSI & Education space  - We are looking for a smart professional with background in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (preferably International Recruitment) who can identify the relevant industry Experts and empanel/recruit them for Client research & short project requirements  - We are looking for candidates who can immediately join  JOB DESCRIPTION  The incumbent is expected to develop a holistic understanding of various services offered by the firm (i.e., One-on-One Expert Consultations, Project Delivery, Staffing etc.). He/she will be required to fulfill multiple responsibilities across Expert Empanelment, Full-time Recruitment or Temporary Staffing and Relationship Management as elaborated below.  Expert Empanelment:  - Based on client requirements, identify and reach out to the right Experts via channels such as telephonic discussions, emails, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn). Subsequently, empanel the Experts into the firm's Knowledge Network, complying with the firm's financial matrix and ensuring profitability of engagements conducted by the Expert  - Work smartly and ensure high return on investment of the firm's resources and own efforts, in the form of exceptional approval rates of Expert profiles shared with clients  - Use judgement to determine whether requirements shared by clients are clear and easy to understand for Experts. Whenever required ask for clarifications with the client interfacing team  Full-time Recruitment and Temporary Staffing:  - Based on client requirements, identify the right candidates for full time or temporary staffing openings shared by clients  - Effectively explain relevant openings to the right candidates to get their buy-in, understand the expectations of the candidates and subsequently forward the appropriate profiles to the client interfacing team  - Work smartly and ensure high return on investment of the firm's resources and own efforts, in the form of exceptional approval rates of candidate profiles shared with clients  Relationship Management:  - The incumbent will be the firm's ambassador for the identified set of Experts, with the responsibility of sustaining a mutually beneficial association with them, through a balanced mix of assertiveness and friendliness  - The incumbent will also be expected to play the role of a Client Relationship manager at the earliest possible opportunity. That will entail ensuring high fulfilment rate of requirements shared by clients, as well as high satisfaction levels for each engagement  DESIRED BACKGROUND AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES  We need a go-getter who is passionate about working in a start-up culture, has the enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities :   - Experience in a leading Expert Network firm or Recruitment firm, with international recruitment experience  - Strong presence while dealing with Experts as well as Clients  - Good written and oral communication skills  - Strong relationship orientation  - Should be self-driven and comfortable with taking ownership of assigned responsibilities  Salary: 6 - 9 LPA (will include fixed plus performance-linked variable component )
