Job Description:
Position Summary:
To strategize, develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads/sales aligned with Glow brand business objectives.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Define KPIs and ROI for digital marketing activities.
- Budget planning and allocation for digital initiatives.
- Manage paid and other digital campaigns.
- Handle communication through different channels (i. Social, Email, Whatsapp etc.)
- Optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Improve website ranking and domain authority.
- Manage keyword strategy and back linking.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical SEO best practices for both On-page and Off-page.
- In coordination with Brand marketing/eCommerce Head, create content strategy for offline, online and social media promotions.
- Coordinate content calendar, creatives, and community engagement with marketing team.
- Ensure brand tone, messaging, and design consistency.
- Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and funnel optimization.
- Coordinate with technical team for UI/UX improvements.
- Design and implement email campaigns for promotions, retention, and reactivation.
- Work with the sales/CRM team to nurture leads through drip campaigns.
- Track digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Hub Spot, etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and insights for leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage internal digital marketing team and external agencies.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Creative, Technical etc.)
- Collaborate with influencers to promote campaigns
- Conduct A/B Testing
- Use Comparative analysis to examine the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies and implement any gaps periodically.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Analytics tools
- Strong Knowledge of E-Commerce Platforms and end to end E-Commerce Operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation
- Creative mind-set with attention to detail
- Project management and team leadership skills
