Job Summary: The ideal candidate will need to be a highly skilled and strategic Digital Media Planner and has to have 5 -6 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, audience targeting, and performance metrics to drive impactful campaigns that align with business objectives. This would be full-time employment, based out of Kolkata, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media plans and strategies.
- Research and analyze market trends, audience demographics, and competitor activities to inform campaign planning.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital channels to reach them.
- Allocate and manage digital media budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and optimized content for digital platforms.
- Negotiate and purchase digital ad space across platforms such as social media, search engines, and programmatic networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital media planning and buying, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
