About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in social media marketing, performance campaigns, and brand growth strategies.
- The ideal candidate will take full ownership of building our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving customer acquisition for our mobile refurbishing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement ROI-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create engaging campaign calendars, communication themes, and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage daily posting, content storytelling, community engagement, and brand reputation.
- Drive follower growth, engagement, and retention with trend-driven content.
Performance Marketing & Campaigns:
- Plan and run targeted paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) focused on conversions, lead generation, and remarketing.
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, analytics, and data insights.
- Track KPIs including CAC, CPR, ROI, click-through rates, and campaign efficiency.
Brand & Growth Strategy:
- Build brand positioning tailored to the mobile refurbishing industry-trust, authenticity, savings, and sustainability.
- Work closely with the leadership team to design strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
- Execute offer-based, festive, and product-specific campaigns (e.g., refurbished smartphone deals, warranty offerings, exchange offers).
Content Creation & Coordination:
- Plan high-quality visual and written content-reels, videos, static posts, blogs, ad copies, and product showcases.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to ensure creative quality and timely output.
- Research trends in refurbished electronics to create informative and persuasive content for customers.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Measure ROI of all digital marketing activities.
Website & SEO:
- Coordinate website updates, product listings, landing pages, and SEO optimization.
- Manage local SEO to improve visibility for refurbished mobile search queries.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns.
- Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads with measurable results.
- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, digital funnels, and remarketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, ads, and product communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and minimal supervision.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical ability.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in mobile refurbishing, e-commerce, electronics, or consumer tech brands.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Education - Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
