Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for residential and commercial projects to achieve assigned targets.

- Generate leads through direct sales, brokers, and channel partners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.

- Present project details, pricing, and benefits to potential customers through site visits and meetings.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.

- Ensure effective customer engagement, addressing queries, and providing timely follow-ups.

- Support in negotiations, documentation, and deal closures while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and data in CRM systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, marketing, and operations for seamless handovers and customer satisfaction.
