Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Compensation and Benefits function across India, UAE, and KSA.

- Support the C&B Lead in executing compensation and benefits programs across the Middle East and India.

- Ensure C&B practices align with internal equity and external market competitiveness, including job evaluation, salary administration, incentive plans, and benefits (health, insurance, vehicle policies, expatriate/executive compensation, retirement plans).

- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking surveys and manage relationships with external vendors/consultants for benefits administration and market data.

- Periodically review compensation pay ranges.

- Analyze workforce data and market trends to support salary budgeting and forecasting aligned with global reward strategy.

- Support annual performance review and salary planning processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor law regulations.

- Train and support HR teams on C&B programs and people processes.

- Monitor external factors such as government policy changes, tax regulations, and market conditions.

- Develop and maintain HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.

- Manage HR systems (SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.), conduct data audits, and contribute to digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with HR Managers across locations for seamless C&B execution.

- Provide support for internal and external audits.

What We're Looking For:

- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a reputed institution.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar C&B/Total Rewards role within a medium to large multinational organization.

- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, processes, and compliance requirements.

- Experience managing employee records, HR MIS reporting, and policy implementation.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

- Strong ethical standards, professional integrity, and excellent communication skills.

- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior exposure to Middle East/GCC compensation and benefits practices is an added advantage.
