Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Procurement

Title: AM/DM Procurement

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 8 years of experience in procurement in a lead role (mandatory).

What you will bring:

- 7-8 years of experience in procurement in a lead role (mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience in General Procurement - IT, Facilities & Administration, HR Services, Marketing Services.

- Preference for candidates with non-IT procurement expertise along with IT exposure.

- Expertise in: Facilities & Administration, Contracts, HR-related services, Marketing procurement.

- Experience in supplier sourcing, floating RFQs, vendor negotiations.

- Knowledge of creating POs, vendor delivery follow-ups, procurement documentation, and payment coordination with Finance.

- Exposure to India procurement operations; experience with other geographies is a plus.

- Excellent internal stakeholder management and strong written & verbal communication skills.
