Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Marketing Communications (MarCom)


Mumbai, India | Full-Time


About the Company:


Our client is a leading player in the FMEG / consumer electricals space, known for its strong brand presence, innovation-led growth, and extensive pan-India distribution network.


Role Overview:


We are looking for a high-impact Marketing Communications professional to drive integrated MarCom initiatives across BTL activations, digital marketing, and trade/channel engagement.


This role requires a strong blend of strategy + execution + stakeholder management in a fast-paced, competitive environment.


Key Responsibilities:


1. BTL Marketing & Activations


- Plan and execute region-specific BTL campaigns aligned with business goals


- Drive on-ground activations, retail branding, dealer/distributor meets


- Manage agencies/vendors for end-to-end execution


2. Digital Marketing & Performance


- Execute integrated digital campaigns (paid, owned, earned media)


- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, conversions, ROI, engagement metrics


- Coordinate with agencies on media planning & performance optimization


3. Trade Marketing & Channel Engagement


- Drive engagement with distributors, dealers, and retail partners


- Execute channel programs, incentive schemes, co-branded campaigns


- Collaborate with Sales for last-mile execution


4. Brand Communication


- Ensure consistent brand messaging across touchpoints


- Support product launches, GTM initiatives, and retail visibility


5. Analytics & Reporting


- Track campaign performance through dashboards and reports


- Drive data-backed insights and ROI improvements


- Ensure adherence to budgets and governance processes


Candidate Profile:


Experience:


- 4 - 8 years in MarCom / BTL / Digital / Trade Marketing


- Strong experience in campaign execution & stakeholder management


- Exposure to distribution/channel-driven marketing


Preferred Industry:


- FMCG / FMCD / FMEG / Consumer Durables


Education:


- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred
