Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Internal Audit We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Internal Audit to join our team in Pune. This role will involve conducting audits across various functions and operations within the auto components manufacturing sector, identifying areas for improvement in systems, controls, and cost-saving opportunities. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to enhancing internal audit processes and improving overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Audit Execution & Reporting - Conduct in-depth audits across key areas such as Product Costing, Manufacturing Processes, P2P, O2C, Inventory, Capex, Plant Operations, Logistics, Finance & Accounting (F&A), and Costing. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations. - Provide improvements to internal controls, systems, and cost-saving initiatives based on audit findings. Internal Controls & Risk Assessment - Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and financial controls (IFC). - Identify risks and vulnerabilities in processes and recommend corrective actions to mitigate those risks. - Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and ensure timely implementation of improvements. Data Analytics & Process Improvement - Leverage data analytics to analyze financial and operational data for audit purposes and to uncover potential inefficiencies. - Suggest process improvements based on audit outcomes, focusing on optimizing business operations and minimizing financial risks. SAP & Material Accounting - Ensure proper material accounting and reconciliation, including tracking material receipts, production, and consumption processes. - Utilize SAP to conduct audits and improve financial reporting accuracy. Audit Planning & Execution - Independently handle audits from planning to completion, ensuring timely and accurate audit activities. - Coordinate with auditees to ensure smooth audit execution and follow-up on action plans. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of Internal Audit processes and methodologies. - Proficiency in data analytics and its application in auditing. - Familiarity with Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and risk assessment procedures. - Hands-on experience with SAP and accounting standards. - Excellent report writing skills in English. - Strong knowledge of material accounting and reconciliation processes
