Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager of HR Operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our human resources function, ensuring that our operational workflows are seamless, compliant, and aligned with the dynamic regulatory landscape of the Kingdom. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership, regional stakeholders, and the broader HR team to drive excellence in employee lifecycle management. By streamlining HRIS processes, championing employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining rigorous compliance standards, you will directly influence organizational culture and operational efficiency, ultimately fostering a high-performance environment for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless and professional integration experience for new hires, setting the stage for long-term retention.

- Oversee HR compliance and statutory reporting in accordance with Saudi Labor Law to mitigate organizational risk and maintain ethical employment standards.

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to department heads, providing data-driven insights and guidance on organizational structure, talent management, and performance optimization.

- Administer and optimize HRIS platforms to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and efficient self-service capabilities for the entire workforce.

- Resolve complex employee relations issues through proactive mediation and transparent communication, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace culture.

- Design and execute employee engagement programs that boost morale, foster inclusivity, and align with the companys core values and regional business objectives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain competitive and responsive to the evolving needs of the business.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing HR operations and compliance within the Saudi Arabian regulatory framework, ensuring full adherence to local labor laws and GOSI requirements.

- Proven ability to function as an effective HR Generalist or Business Partner, balancing administrative precision with strategic advisory capabilities.

- Strong proficiency in managing HRIS systems, with the ability to leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations scenarios with empathy, discretion, and professional maturity.

- A minimum of 5 - 13 years of progressive experience in HR roles, showcasing a track record of managing diverse teams and complex operational environments.

- A relevant postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution, providing a strong theoretical foundation for practical application.

- High adaptability and cultural intelligence, with the ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and collaborate effectively across diverse, multi-cultural teams.
