Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG

- With one of our clients in Mumbai we have an opportunity for AM / DM F&A.

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.

- Perform inter-company reconciliations and eliminations to ensure accuracy of group reporting as per Consolidation Tool.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS), group policies, and statutory requirements.

- Analyze and report related party transactions in accordance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and subsidiaries to ensure timely closure of books.
