Role Overview:

We are seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Business Analysis. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for solving unstructured business problems, analyzing large datasets, and providing actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with global leadership teams and offers exposure to high-impact decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.

- Perform in-depth business analysis across the financial services/collections domain.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and business processes.

- Develop business cases and support the implementation of strategies.

- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clear storyboarding and communication.

- Ensure analytics best practices and knowledge management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative fields.

- 2-6 years of experience in analytics/consulting, including at least 2 years in financial services (collections/credit risk/banking/consumer lending preferred).

- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, PySpark), SQL, and Azure.

- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience with large datasets.

- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
