Assistant Manager - Debt Valuation - Big 4

Requirement:

Assist in the valuation of various debt and fixed-income instruments, including:

- Senior and subordinated debt

- Convertible notes

- Structured credit (e.g., CLOs, ABS)

- Private and illiquid debt instruments

- Develop and maintain robust valuation models using market-based approaches such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Option Pricing Models, and Market Yield Curves.

- Analyze terms and features of debt agreements, including covenants, embedded options, and risk factors.

- Support compliance with relevant accounting standards such as ASC 820, IFRS 13, and ASC 825.

- Work closely with audit teams, clients, or internal stakeholders to provide support during audit or review processes.

- Prepare valuation reports and technical memos, clearly documenting methodologies, assumptions, and inputs used.

- Stay informed on market developments, interest rate trends, and valuation best practices.

- Review work performed by junior analysts and provide guidance as needed.
