Assistant Manager - Debt & Treasury - CA

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and manage debt financing and treasury activities.

- Prepare and review CMA data, financial projections, and cash flow models for banks and financial institutions.

- Coordinate and respond to lender queries with accuracy and timeliness.

- Assist in negotiating and finalizing debt facilities, including documentation and closure.

- Ensure compliance with debt covenants and other reporting requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial stakeholders.

- Provide analytical insights to support strategic financing decisions.

- Monitor and optimize working capital, fund utilization, and cost of borrowing.

What We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of experience in Treasury, Debt Management, or Corporate Finance.

- Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and projections.

- Hands-on experience with CMA preparation, due diligence, and financial documentation.

- Deep understanding of banking processes, debt instruments, and compliance frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
