Assistant Manager - D&C Finance - 6+ years - Mohali

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - D&C Finance to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and preferably experience in property accounting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage general accounting and Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including general ledger maintenance and month-end journal entries.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage accounts receivable activities, invoice processing, payment collections, receipt posting, and cash reconciliations.

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support team development, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi or RealPage, along with MS Office.

- Property accounting experience and team management experience will be preferred.
